Blockquotes

Note: This guide shows how to add quotes manually. To add a dynamic element that includes pre-saved student quotes, refer to the Quote Widgets guide.

Quotes can be added to pages by selecting some text and clicking the Blockquotes button in the editor Toolbar.

Examples

Quote

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

Quote with Author

To add an author/source to the quote, select a sentence in the quote and choose “Blockquote Author” from the Formats dropdown menu.

Styled Quote

To create a fancy quote, first create a blockquote as above, then select it and choose “Styled Blockquote” from the Formats dropdown menu.
