Are you ready for an adventure? You can join our trained staff for kayaking, hiking, camping and mountain biking trips. We’ve even gone snow skiing. We change up the trips each semester, so check back periodically to see the full list. Registration begins on the first day of classes.

Register for a Trip
To sign up for an adventure, contact UREC at urec@angelo.edu. UREC will make sure you get a registration form. You’ll be registered for a trip on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also a waiting list for each trip.
Pre-Trip Meetings
Attending a pre-trip meeting prior to you adventure is mandatory. You’ll meet the other participants, cover some forms and get a list of what to bring with you. Our trip instructors will also cover what to expect on your trip. Students on the waiting list are also encouraged to attend.
