All students are required to have a OneCard, as this is the key to all services on campus.
Your OneCard Gets You Access to:
- Your meal plan, RamPoints and RamBucks
- Your residence halls and some classrooms and computer labs
- Recreational facilities
- Athletic events
It’s also your library card, and most importantly, it’s an option for where your financial aid refund can be directed through our partnership with BankMobile Vibe.

BankMobile Vibe Account
The BankMobile Vibe checking account is a digital-only, FDIC-insured checking account with access to 55,000 fee-free Allpoint® ATMs, money management tools and a one-of-a-kind recognition program. You can continue to use this account when you are no longer a student. BankMobile also offers an interest-bearing savings account.
OneCard ATM Locations
With the OneCard, you have fee-free access to over 55,000 Allpoint® Network ATMs worldwide - plus Customers Bank ATMs. At this time, you cannot make deposits at the ATM machines. Check with the OneCard Office regarding deposit options.
RamBucks
RamBucks are a campus debit plan available to all currently enrolled students. You do not have to have an ASUOne account through BankMobile Vibe to access Ram Bucks.

You have the option of sending money to your student electronically via their ASU OneCard.
Faculty/Staff ID Cards
Angelo State faculty and staff have two options regarding their official university ID.
