Renewing a Student Organization
All registered student organizations are required to renew their registration each year.
Renewal of Active Organizations
All active registered student organizations are required to renew their registration each year.
To do this, please submit the following documents:
- Active RSO Renewal Form
- Updated / Current Constitution (Attached to renewal application)
- RSO Roster (Attached to renewal application)
- Attend a Risk Management Education Program. Complete and submit the Risk Management Statement of Completion.
Note: Previously submitted constitutions for your RSO can be requested from the Student Life office.
Renewing a Previously Registered Student Organization
If you’re interested in renewing a student organization that is not currently active, you may do so by submitting the following documents:
- Renewing an Inactive RSO Form
- Updated Constitution (Attached to renewal application)
- Provide a brief explanation regarding why the organization should be renewed, as well as plans to keep the organization active from this point forward. (Max 750 words.)
Note: Previously submitted constitutions for RSO can be requested from the Student Life office.
