Cheer Judge Request

Request the members of the ASU Cheerleading Squad to judge your high school or junior high school cheerleading tryouts.

Judging Fee: $125 per judge and $0.52 per mile to the judge that utilizes their vehicle to transport the additional judges. If you are requesting judges for both high school and junior high tryouts, an additional $150 fee will be added to the overall cost.

We will have limited spots available from Nov. 22 to Jan. 17, as our university is on winter break. Our program experiences an influx of tryouts between Feb 19 and March 20. Please keep this in mind when sending in your request.

Payment Information: Payment Information: All checks need to be made payable to “Angelo State University Cheer” for the total amount of $125 x the number of judges. An additional check for mileage expenses will need to be issued specifically to the judge designated as the driver.

Please note, checks must be received by mail before the tryouts are held or provided at tryouts.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided within 10 business days of the request. If we are unable to fulfill a tryout request for the date and time selected, you will be provided the opportunity to select a different date and time.

Use this form to request the members of the ASU Cheer Team to judge your high school or junior high school cheerleading tryouts. Please make your request at least 2 weeks prior to your tryouts.  

Our cheerleaders will not be available to judge tryouts during the week before 12 p.m. due to class obligations. 

You will be contacted by an ASU Cheer Coach to confirm your tryouts with ASU judges within 10 business days of your submission.

Please complete this form for each date you are requesting cheer judges. We are unable to provide judges when there is a possibility of a tournament or ASU function. ASU Cheerleaders will not be available to judge tryouts from March 6th to March 9th due to the LSC Conference.
