Angelo State University has received a $50,000 gift from the Texas Trust Gives Foundation to fund a new scholarship program in the ASU Department of Nursing. The foundation is the philanthropic arm of Texas Trust Credit Union.

Angelo State University has been awarded $100,000 by Arca Continental Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages to provide scholarships exclusively for ASU first-generation students who are the first in their families to attend a four-year university.

Angelo State University has received a $750,000 gift from an anonymous donor to benefit the Texas Tech University Free Market Institute at Angelo State University within ASU’s Norris-Vincent College of Business (NVCOB).

The Angelo State University Handball Club won three national titles and placed third in the team standings at the recent 72nd U.S. Handball Association (USHA) National Collegiate Championships at the Multnomah Athletic Club in Portland, Oregon.
