Program Leader

Portrait of Jason Weber All sessions are led by Dr. Jason Weber, who serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Leader and Culture Development for the Texas Tech University System. In this capacity, he leads the design and execution of values-driven leadership development initiatives that support and empower students, faculty, staff and leaders across all five institutions within the Texas Tech University System.

A credentialed executive and professional coach through the International Coaching Federation, Weber works with individuals and teams to enhance performance, foster growth and drive meaningful organizational outcomes.

An award-winning author and international presenter, Weber has delivered keynote addresses and workshops on topics including accountability, team effectiveness and the integration of servant leadership into organizational culture. His research interests center on servant leadership and team dynamics, with a focus on cultivating high-performing, values-aligned teams.
