- Learn the organizational communication skills you need while you practice designing, implementing and promoting academic advising programs.
- You can complete this program in 12 months or less, depending on course availability, your start date and how many courses you take each semester.

Prerequisites
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Overall/cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better, including all grades on repeated courses in any academic concentration.
Note: The Department of Kinesiology will evaluate applicants on an individual basis who do not meet the overall/cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better. Applicants may be requested to provide the following by the Department of Kinesiology.

Credit Requirements
This graduate-level certificate program consists of 15 credit hours. That means you only have to complete five courses to earn your certificate.
Application Deadlines
You are strongly encouraged to register for the first and second eight-week sessions simultaneously before the first eight-week session begins.
