Prerequisites

Note: The Department of Kinesiology will evaluate applicants on an individual basis who do not meet the overall/cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better. Applicants may be requested to provide the following by the Department of Kinesiology.

Credit Requirements

This graduate-level certificate program consists of 15 credit hours. That means you only have to complete five courses to earn your certificate.

Application Deadlines

You are strongly encouraged to register for the first and second eight-week sessions simultaneously before the first eight-week session begins.

8-Week Program Deadlines:

  • Spring A: Dec 15
  • Spring B: Applications will open on Jan 22
  • Spring B: Mar 4
  • Summer: May 20
  • Fall A: Aug 1
  • Fall B: Applications will open on Aug 30
  • Fall B: Oct 1

  • CSRF 6341: Athletic Academic Performance Enhancement
  • CSRF 6361: Administration of Athletic Academic Units

  • EDG 6324: Career and Occupational Counseling

Total credit hours: 15
