Graduate Studies Documents for Submission

This form can only be used to submit supporting documents for and by graduate students. 

Please note, transcripts submitted via this form are not considered official.

Official college/university transcripts should be sent through a secure electronic method (examples: Credential Solutions, Parchment, etc.). College transcripts submitted through this form will not qualify for transfer work to be entered. Please do not send official transcripts until you have received a notice of acceptance from Angelo State University.

Official transcripts may be hand-delivered to the College of Graduate Studies and Research or mailed to the address below. If hand delivered, transcript must be in a sealed envelope.
