Transcripts from baccalaureate degree awarding university or college
Upload unofficial transcripts, with the exception of Angelo State University transcripts, for application evaluation purposes using the Graduate Studies Documents for Submission form.
Please do not send official transcript(s) until you have received a notice of acceptance from Angelo State University. Unless an unofficial transcript is not on hand, please request one.

Essay
Essay Topic: In your opinion, what is the No. 1 challenge facing the agriculture industry today, and why? Also, what are your background and career goals related to agriculture?
Please submit the essay with the graduate school application or using the Graduate Studies Documents for Submission form.
- Two Academic Letters of Reference (submit letters from former collegiate instructors to the department at ag@angelo.edu)
- Current Curriculum Vitae or Résumé (submit to the department at ag@angelo.edu)

GRE
GRE requirement is waived if an applicant has at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA or a 3.0 GPA for the last 60 hours of coursework.
Applicants may submit unofficial test scores using the Graduate Studies Documents for Submission form.
Note: Official scores will be required, if admitted.
Prerequisites
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Overall/Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better, including all grades on repeated courses – or a GPA of 3.0 or better in the last 60 hours of undergraduate work.
- Completion of a minimum of 24 credit hours of undergraduate coursework in animal science, agriculture, range management, wildlife management, or agronomy, including 12 credit hours of advanced coursework.
