Students Mingle with Bankers at Fall ‘Meet the Banks’ Event

Dozens of Angelo State accounting, business and finance students received first-hand insight on careers in banking during the recent “Meet the Banks” event hosted in the Houston Harte University Center by the ASU Norris-Vincent College of Business.
A component of the NVCOB’s Excellence in Banking Program, “Meet the Banks” brings the program’s banking partners to campus and gives students the opportunity to learn about career paths in the banking industry and network with banking professionals.
The program’s banking partners include:
- City National Bank
- First Financial Bank
- First National Bank of Ballinger
- First National Bank of Eldorado
- Sonora Bank
- Texas Bank
- The Bank & Trust
Additionally, Scott Creecy, vice president of treasury management at First Financial Bank, also visited with students in the Sales course taught by Dr. Gayle Randall.
