Information Table Request Form

Request for a Information Table must be made two weeks prior to the date requested.  A staff member will follow up with you upon approval.  

  • We will make every effort to grant your first date choice, however we recommend listing an alternative date
  • All information tables are held in the University Center, other locations are considered case-by-case.
