Tammy Ramos

Tammy Ramos is the owner of West Texas Funk, a top 40s cover band that is a go-to choice and leading option for corporate events and wedding entertainment across West Texas. Previously, she founded Vivid Pop Events, a successful balloon decor company that she sold in 2023.

She is currently the Enterprise Marketing Manager at TCP Software, a global leader in workforce management solutions, serving over 20,000 customers worldwide across a range of industries, including healthcare, government, education, and manufacturing. In this role, Tammy leads the implementation and adoption of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, driving targeted marketing initiatives to expand TCP’s market presence and accelerate growth. She has also held roles as a Digital Marketing Manager and Demand Generation Manager at TCP, consistently advancing her career through impactful marketing initiatives.

In addition to her corporate and entrepreneurial ventures, Tammy serves as a lifestyles reporter for KLST News, where she connects with the community through engaging stories and local features. She is also a passionate supporter of entrepreneurship and has been actively involved in her community, serving on multiple boards and volunteering with various organizations.

Andi Markee 

Andi Markee is co-owner and Media Director of Media Advantage, a full-service advertising agency headquartered in San Angelo, Texas that is trusted by name-brand clients nationwide. Andi’s expertise has streamlined successful national campaigns for some well-known clients. Andi’s career started in live events for San Angelo, Abilene, Midland, and Odessa in which she created over 40 successful events generating tons of fun and millions of dollars in revenue. She was promoted to Market President and Chief Revenue Officer for Townsquare Media San Angelo, making her the youngest female to earn that role in the third-largest media company in the nation. Andi then took on the challenge at a national tech organization TimeClock Plus, in a high-level role to market the brand for strategic partnerships. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Andi was named a distinguished member of the 20 Under 40 class of 2018 and a graduate of the esteemed Leadership San Angelo program in 2020. Currently, she serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Downtown San Angelo, Inc., the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce Executive Board of Directors, and the Economic Development Advisory Committee further cementing her commitment to the community’s growth and prosperity.

Leonard “Lenny” Christo

Mr. Leonard “Lenny” Christo is a distinguished U.S. Air Force veteran and accomplished professional. Following a decade of service as an intelligence officer, contributing to humanitarian efforts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Korea, Mr. Christo transitioned to a civilian role within the U.S. Air Force. He currently manages the Government Purchase Card Program at Goodfellow Air Force Base, supporting the Department of Defense Fire Academy and the 17th Training Wing’s multi-service intelligence technical training program, which annually prepares over 14,000 firefighting and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) personnel from various U.S. and allied forces. Mr. Christo’s leadership extends beyond his professional role; he is the former Superintendent of the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Junior Robotics competition and past President of the Leadership San Angelo Alumni Association. He was also selected for the 20-under-40 recognition in 2015. A dedicated athlete, Mr. Christo competes in Ironman triathlons and CrossFit, and he holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, actively participating in the Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Pro circuit and the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation. Mr. Christo earned a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and a master’s degree from Angelo State University. A husband and father, his diverse accomplishments reflect a steadfast commitment to service, continuing education, and the pursuit of personal excellence.

Bailey Beavers

Bailey is a graduate of Angelo State University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2019 and her Master of Accountancy in 2022. With over six years of experience in public accounting, she became a licensed CPA in June 2023. Bailey currently serves as a Tax Manager at Armstrong Backus & Co., LLP—the largest accounting firm in San Angelo.

She is actively involved in the San Angelo community, serving as Treasurer on the Board of the San Angelo Ballet and holding a chair position with the Junior League of San Angelo for the Children’s Literacy Project. Additionally, she is a member of the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals and the incoming Director for the TXCPA San Angelo Chapter.

Christian Garcia

Christian Garcia is the Founder and CEO of DevelopMate, a San Antonio-based real estate technology company accelerating affordable housing development by streamlining site selection and automating due diligence. A San Angelo native and 2017 graduate of Angelo State University, Christian brings a background in real estate development and economic policy to his work. He created DevelopMate to help developers identify competitive sites for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and other mission-driven projects. The platform consolidates over 35 layers of zoning, environmental, and market data, enabling faster, smarter, and more equitable decision-making across the development process.
