The Mobile Wifi Hotspot Check-Out Program is available to ASU faculty, staff, and students for academic use.
The program is intended for short-term (7 days) use to help aid faculty, staff, and students in the event they don’t have access to adequate internet access. Students must remain enrolled at ASU and be in good standing (no financial holds) during the loan period.
Equipment can be checked out to faculty, staff, and students through the Porter Henderson Library during library operating hours.
An activated ASU OneCard is required for checkout. No other ID will be accepted.
Only one mobile wifi hotspot will be checked out per person at any one time.
Equipment should never be left unattended.
7-day checkout term with the ability to renew based on availability.
Faculty, staff, and students are financially responsible for the ASU-owned equipment, including:
If the equipment is damaged or the person checking out the equipment fails to return the equipment in good working condition, the borrower may have a financial hold placed upon their account.
Faculty, staff, and students are solely responsible for returning borrowed equipment on time and in the same condition as when it was checked out. The equipment will be inspected upon return.
